Refund Policy

A conditional 14 days (from date of postage) refund will be applicable to all purchases.

Items returned for a full refund will forfeit all postage and insurance charges already applied and must be returned in the same manner and in the same condition as supplied for a refund to apply.

All returns must be sent fully insured. Please advise us within 14 days of postage if you wish to apply for an authorisation to return an item to us for a refund.
